Designed for recruiters, sourcers, and sales teams, it reduces manual data entry and keeps your pipeline up to date while you browse job boards, professional networks, and company websites.
With JobDiva Toolbar, you can capture candidate and contact information from web pages, add or update records in JobDiva with a click, and leverage built-in de-duplication to maintain clean data. Where available, resumes and profiles are parsed to prefill fields, and you can create notes, activities, and submissions without leaving the page. The toolbar also provides quick access to relevant JobDiva searches, jobs, and pipelines, helping you work faster with fewer tabs and less context switching.
The extension respects your organization’s JobDiva roles and permissions and typically supports Chromium-based browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. An active JobDiva account is required.
